When life becomes complicated, counselling can help you  see things clearer.

When unexpected events happen, counselling can help you  make sense of your world again.

If you feel that you lost yourself along the way, counselling can help you  find the true you again and put you on the path to discovering your purpose.

How can counselling help?

I  offer a warm and non-judgmental space, where you can be safe to talk about your feelings, emotions and thoughts.

By talking about what you are going through, you can find healing, recovery and  rediscover yourself.

I offer session online and face to face in East London and Essex.

Being a french speaker, I can also offer you session in french.

If you need support specificaly with trauma or phobia, I can offer you support through Rewind Therapy.  You can find more information here.

Marie Asaolu

I am registered  with the Association of Christian Counsellor (ACC) and  with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have completed a level 5 diploma in  integrative counselling with Heart and Mind.

Working in an integrative way  means that I use different models of counselling when supporting  clients.

I believe that every person benefit from an individual approach and my work is based on the need of each individual.

I have over 10 years experience working for charities in a supportive role to individuals in need, including working as a support professional to families in child protection context and as an advocate to women survivor of domestic violence and human trafficking. I have worked with people who have experienced trauma in their childhood and adult life and also with people suffering from addiction such as drug, alcohol and gambling.

I believe counselling can play a vital role in improving wellbeing.
